Where do you get your inspiration?
Everywhere! Sometimes ideas just pop into my head, or I get inspired by things that I see, hear or read. Other times I have an idea of what animal I want to paint and try to create a story for them.
I will always start with some sketches and the paintings generally develop from there.
Where can I find out about new prints?
You can sign up to my newsletter, which will have details of new prints, limited edition work and occasional discount or free delivery codes. I promise not to send more than two emails a month!
Do you offer next day delivery?
I don't offer next day delivery as standard but if you need something urgently please contact me and I'll see if I can help.
Do you ship outside of Europe?
At the moment I am set up to send only prints (not frames) to countries outside of Europe, but if you want a framed print or to find out exact shipping costs for an order outside of Europe then just contact me with details of what you want and where you want it sent and I'll work out the shipping cost for you. You can then decide whether to proceed with the order.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
I'm sure that you will love your new print but if you decide that it isn't right for you please contact me for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
You will need to send the print back to me in the same condition with tracked delivery. Postage costs will not be refunded.
I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any bespoke work.
What if the print arrives damaged?
Please send me a photo of the damage as soon as you receive it and we can discuss a replacement or refund.
Do you offer other colours or sizes for the mounts?
I have carefully chosen the mount sizes based on them fitting in standard frame sizes.
I currently offer 5 different mount colours which I think best compliment my work.
If you want another colour or size please contact me and I'll see if I can accommodate.
What material are the frames?
The frames are fully wrapped MDF, 18mm wide, in a matt black finish. They are fitted with a 2mm perspex screen and an MDF back.
The square prints can fit in either an 8x8" or 10x10" frame and the A4 prints can fit in an A4 (without mount), 14x11" or A3 frame.
Can I buy an original painting?
I do offer a bespoke service. Please contact me to discuss your needs and I will give you a quote.
Do you offer gift options?
A print would make a lovely gift for a baby shower or to go in a nursery or child's room! If you want to send one as a present be sure to add a gift message at checkout and I will handwrite your short personal note.
If you can't decide which print to send them you can get a gift card instead. The cards will be valid for 6 months from purchase.
What about a gift receipt?
In order to not create unnecessary waste, I do not send paper receipts as standard. You will receive your receipt by email.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! All my packaging, from the envelopes to the sellotape, is fully recyclable so be sure to pop them in your recycling bin.
